Shipping policy

Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19

 

ArtsyStares is not responsible for shipping delays, or lost, held, stolen and damaged parcels/packages via shipping carrier. 

Packages will be shipped out every week Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to process(excluding weekends and holidays)! After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number. You can always look at your order confirmation page that will display your tracking number. Please note, that our shipping lead times are all estimations and cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.

Sometimes our emails will go to the "Promotion" section of your email. Please check your folders and you can move it to your primary if you'd like. 

Domestic U.S Shipping Time: 2-8 Days! :)  

  

Sticker Orders Only: DO  NOT come with tracking! However shipping time for just ordering stickers will take about up to 5 days- 2 weeks! Thank you for understanding!

 

ADDRESS CHANGES: I am unable to change/ update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please make sure that you check shipping details prior to submitting your order! 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am only shipping to the U.S and Canada at moment! 

Canada International Shipping Lead Times: Once your order has been shipped it will take 5 days-2 weeks for packages.

Sticker only orders will be 5 days- 3 weeks. Thank you for understanding.

 

Exchanges/Refunds/Returns Policy is All Sales Final.We are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
